Applicable law

What data we collect
- Quote form: the machines you are interested in, your profile, the rink surface and type, the city and country, your name, organisation (optional), email, phone and comments.
- Technical data about the submission: approximate country and browser type, to detect automated submissions.
- If you write to us by email, phone or WhatsApp, the data you include in that message.
What we use your data for
- To answer your request, send you a proposal and follow it up.
- If you buy, to manage the sale, service and spare parts.
- To protect the form against fraudulent use.
We do not send advertising and we do not sell or pass on your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, which you can withdraw at any time; the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take when requesting a quote; and our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
How long we keep your data
For as long as we need it to answer you and follow up the proposal. If you buy, for the duration of the business relationship and the periods required by law.
Who processes data on our behalf
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website, stores the form submissions and sends us the email notification. It may process data outside the European Economic Area and Andorra, with the safeguards required by law.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@verynice.es. You can complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA) or, if you live in the European Union, to the authority in your country.
